Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel an order or a recurring plan with Billflowllc. It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Cancelling an order request

Submitting an order request online creates no obligation and no charge. You may withdraw it at any time before scope is confirmed and payment is arranged, simply by telling us.

Cancelling a project

• Before work begins: you may cancel and receive a full refund of any payment made.
• After work begins: you may cancel at any time. You pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance is refunded as described in the Refund Policy.

Cancelling a monthly plan

• Monthly plans (email marketing, ads marketing, social media marketing and similar retainers) renew every month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
• Fees for the current active month are not refundable once that month's work has begun. After the notice period ends, no further charges are made.

Cancellation by Billflowllc

We may suspend or cancel services for non-payment, abusive conduct or requests that break the law or a platform's rules. Where possible, we give notice first and refund any prepaid amount for services we did not deliver.
